நோக்கம்:

இப்பேற்பட்ட மிஞ்சிய வெகு சில கலைகளும் ஒரு சில குருமார்களால் மட்டுமே தற்போது பயிற்றுவிக்கப்படுகின்றது. இருப்பினும், அனைவராலும் அதனை முறைப்படி கற்றுக்கொள்ள விரும்புபவர்கள் வெகு சிலரே. அதுமட்டுமல்லாமல் தற்கால பல்வேறு அரசியல் சட்டங்களும் இதுபோன்ற கலைகளுக்கு முக்கியத்துவம் கொடுப்பதுவும் மிக குறைவு. இதிலிருந்து மீண்டு வரவேண்டுமாயின்; முதலில் கலைகள் வளரவேண்டும், கலைகள் வளரவேண்டுமாயின் கலைகளை கற்றுணர்ந்த குருமார்களும் ஆசான்களும் பொருளாதார மற்றும் தொழில் தன்னிறைவு அடைந்திருக்கவேண்டும்.குருமார்களும் ஆசான்களும் நன்றாய் இருக்கவேண்டுமாயின் அவர்களுக்கு தகுந்த மாணவர்களும் கட்டமைப்பும் தேவைப்படுகின்றது. அப்பேற்பட்ட கட்டமைப்புகளை சட்டபூர்வமாக ஏற்படுத்தி தருவதும், நமது மரபு கலைகளை உலகெங்கும் விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்படுத்தி பரவலாக்க செய்வதும் முதன்மை குறிக்கோளாக கொண்டு அமெரிக்காவில் உருவாக்கப்பட்டதுதான் மரபு கல்வி கலை கூடம்.

தகுதியும் திறமையும் வாய்த்த குருமார்களையும், ஆசான்களையும் கண்டறிந்து அவர்களின் அன்பான ஒப்புதலோடு அமெரிக்கா போன்ற வெளி நாடுகளுக்கு ஆசான்களை அழைத்து சென்று முறைப்படியான பயிற்சிகளை, வர்மம், சிலம்பம், வாசியோகம், சித்த வைத்தியம், தமிழ் திருமொழி வழிபாட்டு பயிற்சி, மரபு நூலகம், மற்றும் தமிழ் மரபில் உள்ள பல்வேறு புதையல்களை அனைவருக்கும் பயன்படுமாறும், தமிழ் மரபு மீண்டும் உலகெங்கும் ஆட்சிசெய்யும் நிலையை உருவாக்கவேண்டும் என்கின்ற நோக்கத்தோடு களப்பணி செய்வதுதான் மரபு கல்வி கலை கூடம் .

Marabu Kalvi Historical Background:

For several millennia, our ancient Tamil Siddhas (enlightened masters), Azhvarkal (pure devotees of Lord Thirumal), Nayanmars (pure devotees of Lord Siva), spiritual gurus and masters developed and nurtured a treasure trove of thousands of heritage arts. This legendary knowledgebase encompasses areas of health, medicine, martial arts, yoga, path to enlightenment and many others. However, all these great forms of arts have been forgotten and forsaken in the past few centuries due to various political, social and economic reasons. Only a few of these traditional arts are living today with very few masters teaching them to a small set of interested people. The interest in these traditional arts is waning due to lack of awareness and understanding among general public. Moreover, the legal framework also does not recognize the importance of these traditional art forms.

Vision:

Marabu Kalvi Kalai Koodam® (The Academy of Legendary Tamil Heritage Education) is created in the United States of America to revive the Tamil traditional arts by supporting the qualified masters to become economically self-sufficient. This will be achieved by creating a sustainable educational infrastructure that is legally supported and by creating awareness about our traditional arts across the globe. 

Mission:

The mission objective is to work towards creating a wider awareness about the traditional arts and help humankind across the world to benefit from the Tamil traditional knowledgebase. This will be achieved by identifying qualified and talented masters in the areas of Varmam, Silambam, Vaasi Yoga, Siddha Medicine Tamil Prayers and Tamil Worship Practice, and bringing them to the United States and other countries where the masters can impart their supreme wisdom to the interested people.
